New Service directory

Hello All,

As a part of Distinctive Appliances working toward better service, we’ve put together a complete directory of who to call for most scenarios on product issues, for each brand.  Please forward this information to whoever might need this information, including service departments if you have them and even the warehouse managers.  It’s very important to address anything that comes about as quickly as possible, to take care of the consumer and you the dealer.   You can always contact me to help work through issues, so do not hesitate to contact me.  Always have the model and serial info to speed up the process.  Pictures always help, too.

Also, I want to remind everyone about freight damage.  If there is any suspicion of any damage from freight, while receiving look the product over.  We ask that you refuse shipment of that item if you can.  (some freight lines don’t let you refuse just one item).  If you have to take the damaged product in order to keep the rest of the delivery, then make note of the issue on the BOL, take pictures and immediately send it to me.  There is only a 24 hour window to file claims for freight damage.  Beyond this small window it becomes increasingly more difficult to return products.
