Kallista Lead-time update

Dear Valued Customer,
I wanted to take a moment to give everyone an update on the state of the Kallista business.  Earlier in the summer, our distribution center move created some challenges but it is now fully operational and our product is flowing through it normally.  However, we are experiencing shipping delays from one of our major suppliers.
We want your showrooms and associates to have confidence in the lead times that we are communicating so we will be publishing an availability matrix (attached) every other week for at least the remainder of the year.  We are doing this to restore your associates’ trust in Kallista and their clients’ trust in their communications.  There are a few collections with higher lead than desirable so we are now working with the supplier on forecasting to improve capacity, which is already proving to be successful resulting in the matrix provided.
 
We will transition this process with all of our suppliers to ensure improved lead times and availability.  In addition, we have been adding to our inventory levels over the past several weeks and will continue to do so for the remainder of the year.  These actions will reduce the occurrence of stock outs and shifting delivery dates.
If you have additional product availability questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-452-5547 and they will be able to assist you with lead times on specific products and finishes.
