When we brought on the direct teams in OH, IN, and Chicago they gave us an inside person to assist with issues, parts, etc. Her contact information is below, she had worked for the rep firm that we had in Chicago on the Grohe account for 18 years so she is very versed in Grohe.
She is not a technical person, but can assist with parts and any other questions besides tech support– please use her as necessary she is basically our Mary Beth. She is home based in Chicago, so if she does not pick up your call, she is probably on another line, please leave her message – and she will call you back. She is not in the customer service rotation – she is just servicing Chicago, Indiana, and my area.
