Effective April 1, 2009, California Faucets will change their return policy regarding Weathered Brass (WB) and Weathered Copper (WCO) finishes. AFter this date, WB & WCO will be non-returnable for any reason except in the case of clearly defective product.
In the case of defective product, a digital photograph detailing the defect will be required for evaluation prior to issuing an RGA.
Customer service will forward a waiver (copy attached) with each order confirmation for these finishes and no orders will be shipped until the signed waiver is on file.
