To Basco Representatives:

 Please note we continue to have delays in receiving material for arched towel bars.   In order to avoid interruption in delivery of our Infinity Sliders with Arched Towel Bars we are temporarily changing the length of the bars.

Orders for 4400 & 4500 units for 60″ applications (for all finishes) requesting Arched Towel Bars will automatically receive a 19″ Towel Bar instead of the standard 22″ Towel Bar.  This change does not affect the stability of the unit in any way and will not be noticeably to most since it just moves the bar in from the edge of each side of the panel.

This change applies to all Glass Patterns and Cut to Size KD units, and once again only when the Arched Towel Bar option is requested for 60″ units.    Our standard Infinity rounded towel bar will not be altered.

 Please assist us by notifying your customers of this information.  We will let you know when we change back to the longer bars.
