Important JennAir Information

To our loyal JennAir dealers,

As you are aware, JennAir previously communicated a price increase that goes into effect on August 1, 2018 which has resulted in an increase to our published Unilateral Minimum Resale Prices (UMRP).

JennAir recognizes dealers may have open transactions where there is an offer to sell (i.e. firm quotes that have been provided to their customers and/or deposits that have been received for products but not yet paid-in-full) where the transaction was initiated but will not be completed prior to August 1, 2018. In these cases, JennAir will grant a 60 day waiver period during which our dealers have the ability to either conclude those transactions at the previously posted UMRP without fear of a UMRP violation or update their quotes to reflect a sale price compliant to the model’s new UMRP. After the 60 day waiver period any sale of products below the published UMRP will be considered a violation to the UMRP Policy.
