The Waterworks website is now back online.

Today we incorporated new viewers on our product detail pages. A few improvements added are zoom function on our main image and a User-Generated Content Feature on each page. In our furnishings category, you will begin to see product by color option. When you select the color, the image will change to the color selected.

AMI Installations / Job Prep Guidelines

Please remove all samples you have of Antique Alabaster #A10-601-10 as well as ALL COSMICSTONE colors.  AMI is no longer offering Antique Alabaster or any Cosmicstone colors due to resin color changes and the inability to stay consistent.   Any samples you have should be thrown away ASAP.

Patina/finish INSERTS for using with Price Lists

Dear Dealer,

I hope you are finding the new 2018 Price lists more usable, with tabbed table of contents (in the PDF version), product pictures and useful notes.

I realized that the price list file does not have the list of patinas/patina codes in the iron and bronze.  We have that information in our Product Specification binder.

I have attached two inserts showing our iron and bronze patinas, with important information about our living finishes.  I hope they will be helpful as a ready reference with your price list.

Please be advised that the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closed TODAY at 12:00pm ET for a Company Event.

Below are some important cutoff times to note:

  • Cutoff for PO order entry for this week is Friday, August 17th at 11:00am ET
  • All PO’s received after 11:00am ET Friday August 17th will be entered the following week except for expedited orders
  • Cutoff for overnight and expedited delivery is 10:00am ET Friday August 17th
  • All sample orders except expedited requests will be entered the week of August 20th

Thank you all for your partnership during this short week.  Any issues that require escalation please contact your Market Manager.
