ATTENTION: FURNITURE GUILD LEAD TIME – PLEASE READ
We are so happy to announce that effective immediately, Furniture Guild lead times will be as follows:
600 Series, 520 Series, 295 Edwin, Metal Bases, Metal Frame Accents, Guildstone: 10-12 Weeks
All other standard vanities: 4-6 Weeks
Custom will continue to have a 1-2 week lead time added on to standard lead time
Guilder vanities: 1-2 Weeks

Hurricane Ian & Pinnacle Sales Group
Please be advised that the latest weather advisory has Hurricane Ian as a Category 3 storm making landfall early Thursday morning along the west coast of Florida and having a serious impact on the entire state.
Our primary concern during this time is the safety of our Pinnacle employees and their families. Many of our team members began working from home today and will do so throughout the remainder of this event.
We have diligently improved our technology and equipment to allow our office staff to work remotely with minimal disruptions. This could obviously change if Pinnacle team members experience a loss of power in their homes. Our Customer Service, After Sales, Accounting, Purchasing and Marketing teams will continue working as long as they can.
Unfortunately, this will impact our shipping services. All of our carriers will not be operating from Wednesday – Friday as it will not be safe for their trucks to be on the road. We anticipate being back to full normal operation on Monday, October 3rd.
We hope that everyone remains safe during the storm.
We greatly appreciate your support and patience during this emergency and will inform you once we are back to normal operation after this weather event.

Building solid relationships, personally and professionally, requires you to be a good listener.
People equate not listening to not caring.
Here are five things you can do to improve your listening skills:
1. Listen without interrupting.
2. Try to understand their point of view, feelings, thinking, and needs.
3. Avoid rushing to conclusions.
4. Refrain from putting them on the defensive. (Listen without correcting.)
5. Accept their perceptions and feelings as valid expressions of a valued person.
If you want to win people and influence them, learn to listen.
