Below is information regarding Hansgrohe closures and non-shipping days from Thanksgiving through New Year’s. We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season. Please let us know if you have any questions.
***Please note- To ensure sales are booked in 2022 for either rebate or tier pricing purposes we strongly recommend all orders be sent in by 12/21. With that said, we are going to continue to ship through 12/28. ***

The Waterworks Distribution Center will be closing at 1:00PM ET, Wednesday, November 16th.
The cutoff time for overnight and expedited delivery will be at 10:00AM ET, Wednesday, November 16th.
The Waterworks Distribution Center will resume normal business hours on Thursday, November 17th.
Please reach out to your Regional contacts with any issues that may require escalation.
Basco 2022 Thanksgiving Holiday Shipping Schedule

Basco Holiday Shipping Schedule
Week of 11/14
Basco trucks running as normal
LTL/UPS shipments that normally get 5 day lead time will ship as normal until 11/17 then lead time will be extended into week of 11/21
Week of 11/21 (Thanksgiving Week)
All Basco semis running with smaller routes to ensure drivers back on Wednesday
Any customers not shipping on semi shortened route will ship LTL w/ no freight charges
Week of 11/28 – Basco Inventory 12/1 (non-production/non-shipping day)
LTL/UPS shipments that would be due to ship 12/1 will ship 12/2
All Basco trucks will deliver as normal
