Wanted to keep you up to date on how our Kohler – Ferguson orders are being handled now.

Order is faxed to Jodi Letizia Tuesday morning by 10:00 am – her email is Jodi.Letizia@Ferguson.com  Orders are shipping out of their DC in Waterloo, Iowa.

I will receive an order confirmation with items that are in stock and shipping.

I will receive a seperate confirmation with items that are not in stock and what the lead time is before they will see them.  I will send you a “Q” on those items and if you prefer you can add frt. and have them ship directly from Kohler, just let me know if that is what you want to do.

I will receive a third confirmation if the item is not stocked by Ferguson.  These items will have to come directly from Kohler and there will be freight,  I will let you know if there are any such items and what the freight will be, i.e. anything in the furniture section might be subject to frt.

I will handle returns just like before, if you have a return check with me.
