Streamlining the Quoting Process

To reduce turn-around time of quotes, Basco has instituted the following policies:

••Quotes that are priced as standard list will simply be manually written on the request fax sent in by you. Each quote will include a Quote # (Date/Initials/# sequence) and will be filed internally as reference.

••Large Job Quotes or Custom (LXNONSTOCK) doors will be entered into the AS400 with a digital acknowledgement to you.

••If you would like to receive a formal quote (AS400) for standard product other than large jobs please write “Formal Quote” on the form you are submitting.

New Product Announcement

February 2012

Emtek is proud to introduce the new Coventry Brass Designer Leverset and Norwich Brass Classic Knobset. These products  are available with CF Mechanism as well as our standard exposed fastener products. Available finishes are: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B),  Satin Nickel (US15),  Polished Chrome (US26), French Antique (US7), Pewter (US15A), and PVD-Lifetime.

Also being introducted at this time are 8″ Brass Baden Door Pulls which may be used separately or with pull plates, mounting hardware is included. Available finishes are: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US1515), Flat Black (US19) and Polished Chrome (US26).

And last but not least are Square and Round Single Sided Stainless Steel Deadbolts which are operated by thumb-turn from inside only.  No cylinder.  Both styles are available in Brushed Stainless Steel.
