RONBOW has some great news to share!
A significant amount of product has shipped from our factory over the last few weeks. Here is the latest:

• Many containers shipped from the factory last Friday 5/25 and additional ones left the previous week on 5/18.  Shipments have products that include among others:
  • More 36″ Navy Amora vanities
  • More 30″ White Amora vanities
  • Aravo Solutions vanities in 24″, 30″, 36″ and 48″
  • Torino vanities in 48″, 60″ and 72″
  • 24″ and 48″ Newcastle vanities
  • Parisian Grey tops in the 37″ size
  • More sinks, side and backsplashes, and tops.

• Arriving early this week to the RONBOW US warehouse are many products including:
  • 30″ White Lexie vanities
  • 36″ Navy Amora vanities
  • 30″ White Amora vanities
  • 36″ Sable Elm Genova vanities
  • 30″ and 36″ Aravo Solutions vanity sink tops
  • A wide variety of backsplashes, tops, and sinks.

• We have made a change to our Customer Service phone system – phone calls are being answered either immediately or placed into voice mail. Our Customer Service team checks messages throughout the day. It seems to be helping get to everyone’s calls faster and avoids long wait times until Ronbow answers the phone. Hopefully everyone is finding this helpful.

Look for another update on Friday June 1st with more shipping news.

In observance of the upcoming Holiday, the Waterworks Support Center & Distribution Center will be closing Friday, May 25^th at 3:00 p.m. EST and will be closed through Monday, May 28^th.

Below are some important notes:

• The cut off time for all shipments will be at 12:30 p.m. EST on Friday, May 25^th.
• All PO’s received after Friday, May 25^th at 3 p.m. EST will be entered the following week.
• All Waterworks showrooms will be closed on Monday, May 28^th for the Holiday.

The company will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, May 29^th.
