MARVEL CONSUMER MAIL-IN REBATE – SELECT PRODUCTS

he attached Consumer Promotion is on select Marvel Beverage and Wine Centers and runs from October 1 – December 31, 2022.  Please note that this is a mail-in rebate, so it will be up to the consumer to submit the completed form along with a copy of the retail receipt either by mail or online.  Please familiarize yourself with the disclaimers on the back.  Product must be delivered by January 15th and paperwork received no later than January 31, 2023 to be eligible for the rebate.

600 Series, 520 Series, 295 Edwin, Metal Bases, Metal Frame Accents, Guildstone: 10-12 Weeks

All other standard vanities: 4-6 Weeks

Custom will continue to have a 1-2 week lead time added on to standard lead time

Guilder vanities: 1-2 Weeks

Hurricane Ian & Pinnacle Sales Group

Please be advised that the latest weather advisory has Hurricane Ian as a Category 3 storm making landfall early Thursday morning along the west coast of Florida and having a serious impact on the entire state.  

Our primary concern during this time is the safety of our Pinnacle employees and their families.  Many of our team members began working from home today and will do so throughout the remainder of this event.  

We have diligently improved our technology and equipment to allow our office staff to work remotely with minimal disruptions.  This could obviously change if Pinnacle team members experience a loss of power in their homes. Our Customer Service, After Sales, Accounting, Purchasing and Marketing teams will continue working as long as they can.  

Unfortunately, this will impact our shipping services.  All of our carriers will not be operating from Wednesday – Friday as it will not be safe for their trucks to be on the road.  We anticipate being back to full normal operation on Monday, October 3rd.       

We hope that everyone remains safe during the storm. 

We greatly appreciate your support and patience during this emergency and will inform you once we are back to normal operation after this weather event.
