Streamlining the Quoting Process

To reduce turn-around time of quotes, Basco has instituted the following policies:

••Quotes that are priced as standard list will simply be manually written on the request fax sent in by you. Each quote will include a Quote # (Date/Initials/# sequence) and will be filed internally as reference.

••Large Job Quotes or Custom (LXNONSTOCK) doors will be entered into the AS400 with a digital acknowledgement to you.

••If you would like to receive a formal quote (AS400) for standard product other than large jobs please write “Formal Quote” on the form you are submitting.
