| Dear California Faucets Select Dealer, I’m sure you’ve noticed that deliveries of some of our Satin PVD finishes have been running longer than our published lead times, and we want to acknowledge this and apologize for the delays. We’ve been experiencing some challenges with our chrome plating process that have impacted our ability to achieve our targeted production schedules. As you remember, chrome plating is critical for Satin PVD finishes since we satin the parts, then chrome plate, then apply the PVD coating, all right here in our factory. California Faucets is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We’re working diligently to permanently address this issue all the while making sure your current orders continue to reflect the craftsmanship and standards we are known for. We are taking additional steps to increase capacity, such as overtime and outsourcing some of the chrome plating so we can catch up more quickly. In the meantime, until we bring these finishes back to a more manageable level, we will need to extend the lead times for SB, SBZ, GRP and LSG finished products. Updated lead times are available on the website. We know how important reliable delivery times are to both you and your customers, and we truly appreciate your patience and partnership as we work through this. Please reassure your customers that we’re actively catching up and committed to getting back to our standard lead times as quickly as possible. |
