While working with sales team on overcoming customer resistance, I coined a new acronym, APP, it stands for:Anticipate
Prepare
Practice
When working with a prospective sale, there is no reason that you should not Anticipate
what the potential resistance may be. There is no reason why you shouldn’t Prepare
 what the responses should be, and, most importantly, there is no reason why you shouldn’t Practice.

Practice, practice, practice!

Remember: Anticipation and preparation can prevent perspiration.
