I’m sure you have heard about random acts of kindness, but have you ever considered applying this practice to your customers?
 
A random act of kindness is a non-premeditated, inconsistent action designed to offer kindness toward someone. I refer to it as something that you did for someone that they didn’t expect, and it made them feel good.
 
It’s a wonderful way to reaffirm the customer relationship and promote Repeat Business, Referrals, Requests, and Great Reviews.
