The next time that your customer begins to procrastinate and decides not to make a decision right now, don’t panic and begin discounting your original offer.
That displays desperation, hurts your credibility, and comes across as being pushy. It’s amazing what people will tell you if you just ask them.
So stop guessing and just ask them, “What will it take to earn your business?”
If nothing else, you will get a starting point and move forward from there.
