Timing Is Something That Can’t Be Manufactured!
Closing the sale requires timing. If your attempt is too soon, you come across as being pushy. If you wait too late, you miss the opportunity to get closure.
Verbal or visual buying signals provided by the customer will let you know when the time is right to ask for the order.
An example of a verbal signal is any question that asks for additional information about your product or service such as “How long will it take?” Visual buying signals are physical movements of interest by the customer. It could be nodding of the head and becoming more attentive.
Timing is everything when it comes to closing the sale.
