This year and a half has brought great challenges for our industry. By working closely with our artisan partners throughout 2020 and 2021, we have avoided supply chain issues and have been able to provide Native Trails product reliably throughout the pandemic. Recently however, our artisan groups in Vietnam have experienced government mandated shutdowns due to a severe COVID outbreak. This shutdown lasted several weeks and impacted production.
We are pleased to report that those shutdowns are being lifted and our artisans are planning their imminent return to work. That said, you will shortly see extended lead times on the following products as our production catches up with the high level of demand:
- All NativeStone® product which includes our concrete bathtubs, kitchen, bath and bar/prep sinks, vanity tops and mirrors
- Solace vanities – all sizes and finishes
- Cuzco vanities – all sizes and finishes
We expect lead times on the impacted products to return to normal early in 2022. Please check the dealer portal for lead times as data there is updated in real time.
The encouraging part of this is that our supply chain is intact and once we catch up to demand (providing there are no other COVID-related shutdowns), we expect to return to the strong lead times on the impacted items to which you have been accustomed. We would also like to emphasize and assure you that with the exception of the above categories, we expect normal lead times on all other Native Trails product. Copper, Nickel, Murano, Precious Metals, Americana, and Vintners Collections continue to be in stock at high levels.
