AMI Procedures Update

Hello AMI Customers! As always, we want to thank you for your continued support and appreciate your patience as we adapt to the “new normal” and the ever changing industry. We have made several changes to our procedures in order to better serve you and your customers while ensuring the success of American Marble.
Please note and share with the rest of your team the following practices put into effect immediately:
1) Showroom Appointments: American Marble’s showroom is by appointment only. This is to ensure that your customers will be able to have their questions answered by one of our knowledgeable Sales Rep. Please have your customers call our office with their name, number, and available dates for appointments. Our office staff will relay the message to our sales team to set the appointment. If your customer does not make an appointment, there may be a chance that they will be turned away if no one is available to help them.
2) Delivery of Product: Due to limited space within our warehouse, we will no longer allow orders to remain at our facility for longer than one week past the initial delivery date. Orders that are complete and cannot be received within one week of delivery date, or past their next delivery cycle, will be billed in full and subject to an assessed storage fee per week. If you would like the option to pick up the order, we can accommodate within our shipping departments available hours. 
3) AMI Order Forms: AMI order forms are available at the back of the 2021 Price Catalog as well as on our website. We ask that all orders be submitted on our AMI order forms and filled out in their entirety to ensure your customers orders are being manufactured accurately. AMI will no longer be accepting orders via phone, fax, or otherwise without the appropriate AMI order form(s). We are aware that many of our customers staffing has changed, so if you feel that you need additional training and guidance for your staff to use the order forms correctly, please let us know and our sales team will work with your staff. 
We are actively working to better our strategies and efforts as we continue to serve you so we, again, appreciate your patience and understanding for these upcoming changes to our policies. 
Reminder: We ask that you instruct your customers to call you directly for production status updates, concerns, or questions regarding their order. Our staff is limited and are not always able to assist your customers in the same manner you would be able to. As we do not deal to the direct public, we ask that your staff handles their customers directly. 
Emails have been set up to streamline customer requests. Please do not send quote inquiries or orders to employee emails, they will not be processed. Please submit sales questions or quote requests to: quotes@amitops.com. For orders or order status updates: orders@amitops.com.
