| Dear Valued Customer, We would like to inform you that, effective August 1, 2021, we will be increasing the prices of our products by an average of 6.4%. While we continually strive for productivity and cost improvements throughout our business, increases in the costs of various raw materials, packaging, and transportation charges during this past year have necessitated that we increase our prices at this time. Tile Redi is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to you, our valued partner. To continue this commitment, we are taking this initiative. If you will forward to me your most current cost increase spreadsheet, we will complete/submit it appropriately for the increase.
