• We are currently between a 24-72 business hour response time for the email boxes.

Profiles – Medicine Cabinet – Matte Black – 16” W

• We shipped all open orders for the 16” W Medicine Cabinet in the Matte Black finish.

Profiles – Lighting

• We shipped all open orders for Profiles Lighting.

Vesper Edgeline 30” H

• We shipped all open orders for the Vesper Edgeline 30” H.

Profiles – Medicine Cabinet – Polished Nickel – 30” H

• We are currently unable to produce the 30” H Profiles Medicine Cabinets in Polished Nickel. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by early December.

Main Line Medicine Cabinets and Mirrors – Brushed Nickel, Satin Nickel, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Black

• We are currently unable to produce the Main Line Medicine Cabinets and Mirrors in the Brushed Nickel, Satin Nickel, Brushed Bronze, and Brushed Black finishes. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by December 4.

Vitality Mirror – YM4836RGFPD3P

• We are currently unable to ship the YM4836RGFPD3P. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by November 24.

AiO Medicine Cabinets

• Due to increased demand, we are experiencing approximately a 1 week delay on AiO Medicine Cabinets. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by mid-December.

Vitality Medicine Cabinets

• Due to increased demand, we are experiencing approximately a 1 week delay on Vitality Medicine Cabinets. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by mid-December.

Freestanding Cartesian, Profiles, and Legs

• We are currently unable to produce the 30” legs. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the end of November.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.
