Missing or Damaged Parts Policy Updates – Effective Immediately

Please note the following changes related to Missing Parts or Concealed Damages:

 

Now a 45 Day Limit

Distributors or consumers must report missing or damaged parts to Basco within 45 days of invoice date to receive no-charge replacement parts.

Product that a customer stocks will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

No-Charge Items Shipping Policy

Basco will assume responsibility for standard UPS Ground freight charges for any no charge KD, hardware or aluminum extrusion. Any special shipping requests beyond Ground will be an additional charge and will be the responsibility of the consumer or distributor, unless written approval by a Basco Executive is provided.

The services subject to additional fees include UPS 2nd Day, Next Day or Next Day AM.
