We are exiting the Distribution side of our business. The two manufacturers that we distribute, Franke and Fleurco, are expanding their lines dramatically and this requires our customers to buy direct to yield best results.
- Franke is not just SS sinks, fireclay sinks and a few faucets. They are now a full line supplier, which includes: SS sinks at all price points, Fireclay sinks, Disposers, huge expansion of Faucets, Water Filtration, Accessories and now Granite sinks!With such a full line Franke can now be a strong partner for product but also larger profit margins.
- Fleurco is not just shower doors and bases. They offer the best selection of engineered Shower Doors, an ever growing offering of Shower Bases, and entire collection of Acrylic Tubs. Most of these products are unique, high quality, value priced and wanted by customers.
So, partner with lines that are profitable, that are product category leaders and that want to partner with you.
The sad part is this has been a great ten year run for us. New Century Sales was not in the distribution business when Franke asked us to fill this role but we believed in the line and we forged ahead. Josephine DiCristoforo basically built the business from scratch. We had sales but no systems, no logistics just a desire to do what was asked and grow the business. We have shipped over $3 million of product through our warehouses during this period. It has been an experience to say the least. Josephine and I both thank you for your support because nothing happens with out you. So, truly thank you.
Going forward, our objective is to continue to offer great service and products that are category leaders and lines that are profitable where you do not have to compete with all other showrooms, home centers and the internet. We have new programs available from Franke and Fleurco for you to buy direct and we will continue to serve as your rep (except Franke in W Pa and N Oh). We will continue to ship from our warehouse through January.
