BWA South Offices and Warehouses Inventory Closing
BWA South’s offices and warehouses will be closed this Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24th for our annual inventory.
We will resume our regular business schedule on Monday, October 27th.
Please keep these dates in mind when scheduling your shipments and local pick-up orders.
We will continue to process orders for Elkay and Zurn during this time but they will be sent from the Elkay and Zurn warehouses.

2025 PRICE BOOKS UPDATES – North America | Terms & Conditions |
We have updated the 2025 Price Books, including the general terms & conditions and a few specific changes that were previously requested.
You’ll find the new general terms & conditions in the attached file, particularly in Point 6.
Additionally, Hi-Fi button descriptions have been corrected as shown in the image below (Showerhead, Handshower, Cascade, Tub Spout/Body Jets), for both the Hi-Fi Standard and Eclectic versions — applicable to both US and Canada Price Books.
BLANCO Announcement: November 3rd Updates
Attached is an announcement outlining important product and pricing updates effective November 3rd, 2025. Key changes include:
- Metallic Gray Discontinuation
- New list prices & UMAP for all Quatrus Stainless Steel Sinks & Linus Faucets
- Updated UMAP for Inteos Workstation Sinks

Good morning. Attached please find the schedule for the upcoming Blanco inventory closures.
Hansgrohe/Axor Red Gold Finishes
I wanted to inform you of an important update regarding the Axor Specialty Finish program. The Polished Red Gold and Brushed Red Gold finishes will be phased out in 2025 and will be removed from the price book as of 2026.
Please note that these Red Gold finishes will remain available exclusively for Commercial Projects until 2028.
As you know Hansgrohe is expanding their Brushed Bronze assortment. Brushed Bronze is similar in tone and offers a comparable aesthetic to Red Gold.
